What is your fee?

My fee is $210 for a 50 minute individual therapy session.

I work with Mentaya, a platform that gets clients money back on their sessions by submitting out-of-network claims. To see if you qualify for reimbursement, you can use this link:

https://mentaya.com/checkbenefits/4e7HWlEdks6jCMP84tj4

If you qualify, Mentaya will handle everything with insurance to make sure you get your money back. They charge a 5% fee per claim.

Note: Mentaya’s goal is to save you time and money. It’s completely optional, and as your therapist I do not benefit in any way from your participation.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.

I offer in-person sessions at my Ventura, CA location, as well as virtual sessions for clients located anywhere within the state of California.

Where are you located?

I also provide services via telehealth. Telehealth sessions are conducted over a HIPAA-compliant, private, and secure video platform.  I am only able to provide services to current residents of California.
